Subsequent Meetings - Additional Information

The first meeting will end with the interior designer having several ideas about the direction of the design. A second meeting will be scheduled where an outline of the colour scheme, materials and overall feel of the design will be presented. This will be followed by other meetings (as necessary) until all aspects of the design are agreed upon. The designer will then produce and deliver a sampleboard for each room of all agreed fabrics, wall finishes and floor coverings. Additionally, pencil sketch plans and elevations will be provided to illustrate the design suggestions. The interior designer's attendance at these meetings is charged at 95 inc VAT per hour. The pro rata charging means that a meeting lasting one hour and thirty minutes will cost 142.50, a meeting lasting one hour and forty-five minutes will cost 166.25.
